Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition it was received.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

 

Fragrance Returns

To maintain product integrity and quality standards, returned fragrances must be in resalable condition. Products that have been substantially used, altered, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a return unless they arrived defective or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your item.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable processing period.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
